The Mysterious Mystery!

Darkest and the scariest of paths
we have travelled together
The beautiful memories of life
we have created together
I believed you were my shadow
so much we have walked together
I thought I knew what true love is
confident was I for what life means

And then in the brightest of sunny days
my shadow left me alone in the hot blaze.
Disillusioned was I,over my impudent thought
that I believed I knew life !!
This mysterious mystery called Life
You know her not ,the very moment you think you know her!
She makes two strangers lovers
and the lovers to strangers!!
Such is the mystery of life.
I know it now that I know her not!
and I thank the Lord for it ,
had i known her before
Some of those peaceful moments then
could have happened no more.
