After a common day of daily chores, I finally managed some time to do laundry .I rushed towards the laundry shop as time for closing was approaching.
I put all my clothes in machine and I sat to wait till all my clothes were washed.
It was Independence day in Belgium and everything was closed. There were not many people in laundry except a young lady with her 3 kids.
The lady was busy in drying her clothes, her son must be 7 and her daughter 4,her youngest child was a girl who seemed to be an year old was sitting in the pram enjoying the game of her elder siblings and so was I.
The two kids were running to and fro, dancing ,jumping on the chairs ,rolling on the floor and laughing.
Thier game was not new and their gestures were not novice ,their innocence was like all other kids but their smiles and laughter were as fresh as morning breeze.
I wondered if I was like them being a child .Was I so free of tension and worries?Do i used to play the same games? Were my smiles so original as if coming directly from the heart? Was my laughter so flawless like music?
I wished if I could still play the same game and smile without worries.
As we grow old we stop remembering the child in us.
The busy life style of today has taken everything from us.we are paying the price of our own complexities that we once created to make life simpler.
We all need to make solutions simpler rather than complex.
We should stop worrying for the things we have no control over and better think of solutions rather than problems.
The rat race for big house ,big jobs ,more money will never end so why WORRY.
We should enjoy and live each moment of our lives as if there is no tomorrow, the saddest is not the poorest but the one who never realizes the importance of his own worth.
So let the energy flow out of you,Smile to everybody you meet ,laugh out to Life and let the child in you LIVE.....
